Product Manager
Join Stoïk as a Product Manager and steer end-to-end product discovery for MSP Platform and CPQ, collaborating across squads to deliver simple, impactful cyber solutions.
Position Overview
You'll join the Product & Ops team, which includes both a Product team (Product Managers and Product Designers) and an Ops team (CSM, RevOps, and Sales Enablement). In this role, you will manage the entire product lifecycle from conducting user research and leading product discovery to ensuring timely feature delivery
Our Tech team is structured around tribes. You will join the Distribution tribe, which builds the platforms through which Stoïk products are sold and managed:
Insurance Distribution Squad: empowers brokers with a back-office platform covering the full insurance lifecycle, from cyber risk evaluation and quoting to contract management and renewals.
Cyber Distribution Squad (your squad): owns the distribution of our cybersecurity products (Stoïk Protect, MDR, Email Security) beyond the insurance contract, through three products:
MSP Platform: the platform through which Managed Service Providers buy and manage Stoïk cyber products for their own clients. V1 went live in June 2026; the focus now shifts to running it, onboarding MSPs, and building V2 (documents, multi-provider support, MSP and broker interactions).
CPQ: the quoting tool for our internal cyber sales teams to price, quote, and sign Managed Services deals. Currently in discovery, it is the squad's next major build and will change how we operate in the broker space.
MSSP Offers: the catalog, pricing, and purchasing flows of our Managed Services (MDR with providers such as SentinelOne and Sekoia, Email Security, management-only products) and their rollout across our markets (France, DACH, Belgium, the Netherlands).
Platform Squad: provides the shared foundations (accounts, billing, invoicing) used by all distribution apps.
The squad is currently led by Sarah Faber, who will hand over the scope and support your onboarding.
Within the squad, you'll work alongside:
3 Software Engineers (Full-stack JS), with a senior hire in progress
1 Engineering Manager
1 Product Designer
You will also collaborate closely with the other Product Managers of the Distribution tribe and with the Security tribe, which builds the products you distribute.
