Broker Success Manager (BS/NL)
Position Overview
Stoïk is experiencing rapid growth across Belgium and the Netherlands following the launch of both markets and the development of major strategic partnerships. Just a few months after opening these countries, thousands of companies are already protected by Stoïk.
To support this expansion, we are looking for a highly motivated and customer-oriented Broker Success Manager to join our Success team.

As Broker Success Manager, your mission will be to deliver an outstanding experience to our broker partners and ensure seamless management of cyber insurance contracts throughout their lifecycle.
You will play a central role in strengthening Stoïk’s relationships with brokers across Belgium and the Netherlands while contributing directly to the company’s growth.
Key Responsibilities
Broker onboarding & Portfolio transition
This year, Stoïk accelerated its international growth through the acquisition of Cyber Contract, and the partnership with AIG. These partnerships brought hundreds of new brokers into the Stoïk ecosystem and your role will be essential in making this transition a success. You will:
Onboard new brokers onto the Stoïk platform and processes
Help them understand Stoïk’s added value compared to their previous cyber insurance solutions
Ensure a smooth migration from legacy policies to Stoïk contracts
Build long-term trust and engagement with broker partners from day one
Contract Management
You will become a key point of contact for brokers on all contract management topics. Your responsibilities will include:
Managing contract updates and policy changes requested by brokers
Handling a high volume of interactions through our ticketing system while maintaining excellent service levels (SLAs)
Supporting brokers in their daily use of the Stoïk platform
Identifying broker needs and providing tailored guidance depending on their profile and level of expertise
This role requires both operational excellence and strong relationship management skills.
Renewals Support
Renewals are a strategic moment in the broker relationship and you will play a major role in making them smooth and efficient. You will:
Manage renewals for a large part of our low and mid-market portfolio
Coordinate high-segment renewal timelines alongside the underwriting team
Develop a strong understanding of Stoïk’s insurance wording and cyber offering
Train brokers to manage renewals directly through our platform — bringing innovation to a process still largely handled via email in the insurance industry
Qualifications
Experience or background in the insurance sector is essential, in cyber lines is a nice to have.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to conceptualize problems and carry tasks through to completion. Fast learner.
Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
Remote work possible.
