Founded in 2021, Stoïk is Europe’s leading insurtech dedicated to cyber risk, with the ambition of becoming the CISO of Europe. The company was created to address a structural gap: while cyber threats have become one of the biggest risks for businesses, most existing solutions remain fragmented, overly technical, or designed only for large enterprises.
The company has built a 360° cyber risk protection model that integrates cyber insurance, continuous risk prevention, detection, and in-house incident response teams, increasingly powered by proprietary AI technologies. About the role
As an Account Executive in the French Team, you will join a fast growing team of 7 AEs in France, and work closely with a wide variety of stakeholders internally (International AEs, CSM, Brokers, CERT Engineers, Risk Consultants …).
You will report to Louis Lacroix (Head of Cyber Sales France)
The team is Office First but remote-friendly.
Key responsibilities
As an Account Executive, you will be directly contributing to the growth of Stoïk’s cybersecurity offers, one of the two pillars on which we are building our ambition of becoming the CISO of Europe. Your missions will include :
Generating your own pipeline, through direct outreach to our policy holders or with the help of internal stakeholders (CSM, CERT engineers, broker managers…)
Building and managing your pipeline to consistently reach or over-achieve your monthly quota
Handling the full sales cycle, from discovery to closing
Working hand-in-hand with the insurance distribution team (Brokers and Brokers Managers) to improve sales efficiency and performance.

Requirements
You will succeed at Stoïk if you :
Have a previous successful experience in Sales, preferably in a fast-growing SaaS environment
Bring strong persuasion, listening and interpersonal skills
Have a growth mindset, always aiming for personal development and collective success
Are able to deeply understand our indirect insurance distribution model and to align different stakeholders.

Sales Mock-up Call with Louis and another team member (CERT Engineer or Sales).
On-site interviews in our Paris offices: A series of 3x30-minute meetings with Jules (CEO), Thomas (Country Manager FR), Simon & Nicolas (VP Product & CTO)
